I will mention (again) my door pulls have a much larger diameter plastic piece behind the screw/bolt which does not seem to fit as well as the one you are showing in the video here at 2:28. wondering if I have the wrong size for my application (2014 w/ leather cards)

The ones in the video are for plastic cards. Larger trim pieces are for leather.
