Actually Domestic violence, alimony, rape, dowry (all the above filed by women) etc are some of the favorite cases of any Indian lawyer as the chances of winning these cases is highest. Because the court just acknowledges the oral testimony of the women and on the other hand it is very difficult (rather impossible) for a man to give any evidence or prove his innocence.

i feel so empowered after hearing all this. i went for a walk to a hill in pune and i was attacked by a man there God saved me. i kept quiet. i was stalked by a man when i used to go for cs foundation course. not just stalked i was molested. i kept quiet did not even tell my family members. cried when i came back to my pg. i was several time when i was driving my 2 wheeler harrased by men driving along with me. i finally started shouting at those men with full energy but no police case. i was watched by another employee in my ibm office very intimidatingly. i kept quiet. we need to educate women about all these laws so that they are in control of their situation (not do police case everytime but atleast be fearless) where they think they are weak and cant fight back. i transformed from a weak woman to a strong after a long time and that too after facing so much.

judges are not allowed to go to public platform and impart correct legal information..and lawyers do not study well,only involves in politics and hawabazi...
this has reduced quality of lawyers.
very few of them are good and they are practicing in supreme court.
