Aren't you supposed to press the button until it beeps twice then let go? That's what the timer is for I thought.
I should have been more clear , I don’t use the timer because I got different hair length front to back. I find it annoying to change the timers too often. And I’m always afraid I’ll end up burning . So I just let it go with my instincts 🤪

Thank you for the video. I was considering giving up and returning it but I'm gunna keep trying. Do you have any tips for hair not getting stuck? That's my only issue with it is that I don't know why it keeps getting stuck. Am I holding it too vertical? I noticed you hold yours more horizontal when it's rolling up.
I noticed using smaller section at a time is the thing that helps.
And yes I hold it more horizontal. because my hair is long , I think the entire section doesn’t stay inside, if I hold it vertical. Hair goes in and top section comes out almost instantly leaving the top part of hair not curled enough.
I would keep trying , you will find your way . And also don’t ignore the whole idea that you might have just got a faulty product. So if nothing helps try exchanging instead of return maybe ?

Battery life? I have been seeing videos, no is taliking about it.
