    UPDATED :-
For the people whom are struggling to make transparent material , I would like to to tell that you will need to check REFRACTION inside screen space reflection which is under SCENE TAB.
And also from the material under material setting check SCREEN SPACE REFRACTION. If these two are checked then you will just need to increase the transmission value to 1 and
    roughness value to 0.
The second part of the video is here :-
    ua-cam.com/video/LXMOtcYtDWM/v-deo.html
For the people whom did not got the chance to read the description here is the link of textures that I have used in this tutorial
All the texture were taken from the Cgtexture except the one I have baked in this tutorial is also included in this link:-

Saqib Hussain Salaam brother. A good way for us to support you is to make a Udemy course. Check out Udemy. They have tutorial courses on blender that are like this but more in depth with no skipping etc. It’s like a short course. You should check them out and also perhaps make one? That would be a good way to make money and also for us to support you. People make a lot of their money during sales or their own coupons. I.e. $9.99. You should definitely consider it.

FOR ANYONE STUCK AT THE FIRST PART OF CREATING BLINDS:
The perspective is from side profile. Hit 1 on number pad to enter side view. I was driving myself crazy trying to recreate results from top view. It may seem obvious to most, but, if you're a little slow like me, lol, this part was probably making you scratch your head saying 'How is his blind getting curvature? Mine is twisting into a mess....' as if the video jumped ahead and skipped a part. Rest assured, you are not crazy. It's simply a matter of perspective.
Thank you very much, Sadiq. You are a true master at your craft. The skills learned in this video will greatly increase my Blender capabilities. I thank you for your time and willingness to share your experience. The world needs more people like you. You're great.

Many thanks for this It has been a big help. 1 thing to think about. A wall section with a window should be longer underneath the window as windows are set into the building usually at waist height. When stacked up the floors of the building have real height ;) Homes for the vertically challenged lol

Maybe try it anyway. It can be really relaxing to dabble around in Blender. Just don't expect to be a master after a few hours. But you don't have to master the software to have fun with it, and especially the videos on this channel are easy to follow.
You might be surprised how much you can achieve even as a beginner, and it might even help you with learning web development, just because it frees your thoughts in times you are too focused on a coding problem. You might notice a missing bracket much easier after being away from the code for an hour while you play around with Blender.

As well as losing all my hidden objects because alt h wasn't working for me. As well as doubling back and redoing the whole thing cause somewhere along the way I fucked up bad (when I lost my windows in hiding I made a new window, but figured out how to unhide everything and then my new window got swallowed up by the other windows so that when I tried to open an close the lower window it was shearing the eaten window). For those who only have gloss maps instead of roughness maps, here's a tip! Since gloss maps and roughness maps are just inverse of each other, in the ColorRamp node, just slide those sliders below the gradient bar and swap them by moving one past the other. This will swap the black and white values and turn your gloss maps to rough maps. Pardon me if I got some terms wrong, I'm just a beginner just like some of the other people out there. Hope it helps and have a great day!
