UPDATED :-
For the people whom are struggling to make transparent material , I would like to to tell that you will need to check REFRACTION inside screen space reflection which is under SCENE TAB.
And also from the material under material setting check SCREEN SPACE REFRACTION. If these two are checked then you will just need to increase the transmission value to 1 and
roughness value to 0.
The second part of the video is here :-

For the people whom did not got the chance to read the description here is the link of textures that I have used in this tutorial
All the texture were taken from the Cgtexture except the one I have baked in this tutorial is also included in this link:-

Saqib Hussain Salaam brother. A good way for us to support you is to make a Udemy course. Check out Udemy. They have tutorial courses on blender that are like this but more in depth with no skipping etc. It’s like a short course. You should check them out and also perhaps make one? That would be a good way to make money and also for us to support you. People make a lot of their money during sales or their own coupons. I.e. $9.99. You should definitely consider it.
Hey, good tutorial, are the building files available somewhere ? Or may be just the blend file. Thanks
@@Khoura Walikum asalam bro, I am totally aware of Udemy . The reason I am not working on Udemy Courses as I dont have enough time to make one . UA-cam and freelance work takes away alot of time so to work on Udemy course right now is not possible for me . May be in future . But hey you can support me by buying my tutorial's project files from my Patreon page. Here is a link :-

Even you can support me on UA-cam by watching tutorials Plus Ads.
@@SunixDev you can buy it on Patreon .Not only you will get this file but also projects files of the previous blender tutorials are available too:-

Saqib Hussain You rock Saqib, thanks for this.
I think I'm getting ahead of myself, My Donut is not even done yet
Hey thanks for the comment.I think you can now not only complete your donut but can have variety of it .
Check out my new tutorial on donuts .Hope you like it .

@@SaqibHussain88 Thank you, I'm definitely going to give them a look. Cheers
Lol I have done the donut yet
Soooo true I’m getting ahead of my self to
Just make it a modular donut and you will be good, then you can have custom frosting lol
God your precise modeling style is so satisfying.
Glad you were satisfied with that . Thanks for the comment.
And the texture and lightning are sooo good. Two of the things that I hate doing
You're the Ian Hubert of us slow learners , Thank you
Thanks :)
This long form modelling on blender is like meditation. Very calming and teaches patience.
Thank you for the great instruction sir, you are a true master at your craft!
Thank you very much! Glad it helped you it mean alot to me if you guys are getting benefits from my video tutorials.
Wow, Saqib, that second window was a masterclass in smart and professional modeling. Makes me realise how far I have to go. I will stop now, get some sleep and, then re-start this video tomorrow and follow along religiously. I'm so glad I found your channel, all your videos are always amazing and informative.
Many thanks
Fabulous, I was just searching for modular building guides courses for some time now and you read my mind, thank you!!!
Great to hear!
It's crazy, the density of information packaging in this video is unreal. Respect!
I'm impressed how you created a whole building out of 1 plane. I never finished the donut either.
Technically, he didn't...
Dude u are the best blender tutorial out there. Straight to the point and easy to understand.
Thanks dude really appreciate it .
You’re teaching is so good, speed is perfect and the material is really helpful thank you.
FOR ANYONE STUCK AT THE FIRST PART OF CREATING BLINDS:
The perspective is from side profile. Hit 1 on number pad to enter side view. I was driving myself crazy trying to recreate results from top view. It may seem obvious to most, but, if you're a little slow like me, lol, this part was probably making you scratch your head saying 'How is his blind getting curvature? Mine is twisting into a mess....' as if the video jumped ahead and skipped a part. Rest assured, you are not crazy. It's simply a matter of perspective.
Thank you very much, Sadiq. You are a true master at your craft. The skills learned in this video will greatly increase my Blender capabilities. I thank you for your time and willingness to share your experience. The world needs more people like you. You're great.
Where have been my whole UA-cam life, this is something I've wanted to do... but I could never the right tutorial to help me learn..
:D I think may be then I was learning and I m still learning . Welcome aboard I am sure you will learn fast and effective ways to do things in 3d.
I must say, I am impressed very much of this tutorial, learning alot from it. Thank you
Great to hear! You're welcome.
I can't believe I didn't know about the snapping magnet tool on top in my 100 hours of creating stuff in Blender. This tutorial taught me so much. I've been replaying the first 5 minutes about the window creation for about an hour haha
Great to hear that ! thank you too.
Doubling up on the blinds texture for the air conditioner! Fantastic.
Save's alot of time :)
best blender tutorial on youtube even though it has neck breaking speed
This tutorial helped me since my first months! Thank you so much for this
Just a tip: if you're following this and come to 19:13 and Get stuck, because you cant find the "Merge Vertices"....Under Vertex Tab> Merge> By Distace - IT has been changed after 2.90.1 - Now it's a Right-click. Find Merge verticies there. Thank you for, the excellent tutorial. Now let's get crafty! I say we model Space X Flacon 9 Rocket and launch that sucker YEA! I'm kidding, that's too advanced for most. Plus, you probably couldn't do that. lol SOrry, I'm totally egging you on. Loved this though, thank you again. Looks really sharp. New Sub!
This is absolutely amazing. Also, I didn't know vertex snapping could be that useful. There are so many situations where it will make things easier while maintaining precision!
Glad it helped!
I am actually never writing comments. But I have to say, that this channel deserves it. I love that architectural tutorial. Please keep doing them. You present it very good, even if some parts are very fast. You have way to less
Subscribers. I want to help you with that and so you have one more.
Thank you very much for teaching me that wonderful workflow!
Thank you so much 😀 Glad to hear that . Yeah will try to work on it .
What a great tutorial. Thank you so much for putting this together. My only piece of feedback is slow down a bit. I was having a really hard time keeping up with what you were doing even though this tutorial matched my skill level. But, again, thank you so much. My building came out looking awesome. :)
Noted! Thanks.
As a beginner I cannot stress the excellence of this Web series. No offence to Defaut Cube etc. But after viewing much Blender content on UA-cam, I can sincerly state that Saqid's content is far superior.
If you have stumbled across this upload and are looking for Blender content. I implore you to devour as much of this channel as you can, for you shall not be dissapointed. Happy Blending.
Wow . Thank you so much for your comment . Glad to hear that.
Great job, I really appreciate your workflow. It's calm, precise and flows like a river.
Thank you very much!
I've always had problems with making glass in Eevee and your video just solved the problem! Cheers mate :)
Glad I could help!
Amazing tutorials... I have to model a few NY city buildings for my 3rd year project. These tutorials will come quite handy.
Great to hear!
Your process is amazing to watch, I plan to watch again and follow along in the morning. This will be great to create an asset file to pull from repeatedly!
Awesome, thank you! Have fun!
You are such a patient and talented artist. Thank you.
Thank you , yeah its a part of learning without discipline a person can be talented but can not get thru the struggle of emotion. Indeed, a person needs to coach himself to control his emotions .
Many thanks for this It has been a big help. 1 thing to think about. A wall section with a window should be longer underneath the window as windows are set into the building usually at waist height. When stacked up the floors of the building have real height ;) Homes for the vertically challenged lol
Great video! And really nice result!! And thanks for the baking trick for the usually high-poly blinds. Super useful!
Thanks, It can make your workflow fast enough to get the job done short amount of time.
lovely video. I just think you can break the series into parts such as 1.modelling the parts for the building 2.texturing the parts 3.assembling the parts to create a variety of buildings, instead of putting all of it in one video. maybe for future videos :)
Thanks for the video once again.
This really makes me want to learn blender. But right now I'm learning web development and I don't want to spread myself too thin. Great video
You can do it! try it out . By the way thanks for the comment.
Maybe try it anyway. It can be really relaxing to dabble around in Blender. Just don't expect to be a master after a few hours. But you don't have to master the software to have fun with it, and especially the videos on this channel are easy to follow.
You might be surprised how much you can achieve even as a beginner, and it might even help you with learning web development, just because it frees your thoughts in times you are too focused on a coding problem. You might notice a missing bracket much easier after being away from the code for an hour while you play around with Blender.
How are people this smart. This is so cool
This is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you!
Great to hear!
thanks a lot for this! I was only here to watch how to build a window and stayed for the entire tutorial, tomorrow i will watch it again while trying to apply some stuff to my own building. Really helpful, a bit difficult to follow sometimes but it is ok! thanks!
hidden gem of a channel
thanks.
Incredible tutorial, thank you so much for this advanced guide.
You're very welcome! Glad it was helpful.
Brilliantly done, a tutorial that breaks down every single step, and is both easy to follow and also highly intuitive and smartly made! Subscribed ^ ^
Glad it was helpful! Much appreciated.
Just superb! Thanks for this high class tutorial!
So rare to find good environment stuff , thanks man :)
thanks, No problem :)
Fantastic tutorial, many thanks.
Thanks, You are welcome!
Thank you for this tutorial, the result seems amazingly good looking. I will be trying it out soon.
You’re welcome, hope you enjoy it !
You save me a lot of time!
And there are many tricks in this tut. Thank you!!
Glad to hear that!
This is priceless, awesome tutorial, you saved me, thank you❤
So glad! You're welcome.
This man deserves far more subscribers.
Hey, thanks dude , more better quality videos on there way .
THIS! This is what I was looking for!!!! I am a hyoer perfectionist so I need a workflow like this 😭😭
TYSM

Cool, thanks
Absolutely wonderful, I learned quite a few tricks from this video!
Glad it was helpful!
Many thanks to you, Saqib! I learned many tips from your tutorial.
Glad to hear that! You are welcomed.
I had been wanting to take the time out to watch this tutorial for over a year now. I have to say that I am absolutely blown away!! Phenomenal tutorial, man. Thank you creating it and sharing it with us.
Very impressed with the speed at which you can complete a model, yes I know it's sped up but still.
Some of the stuff was speed up but not all.
@@SaqibHussain88 Still very impressive. Random question though, on average you use a default plane, is this a 2m square?
@@jabiraidan Yes for this tutorial I have used it but usually I scale it up abit more. Its kind of a compact building.
@@SaqibHussain88 Yea I followed along to build different buildings for a city build I'm doing and noticed that when it came to the sidewalk haha
No sabes cuanto me haz ayudado! He aprendido bastante con tu video *0*!
Gracias, gracias!
Chispas, (probablemente) no hablas idioma tacos, paella
Thanks a lot, great content! It was (actually is) very helpfully for me

After a week I finally managed it!
I was able to finally create a new cube after deleting the default one!!
:D atleast you tried to open the program and gave your time to do that . Come on you can model it too.
Really impressive work an thanks for teaching me. All the best from Germany
You are very welcome
Excellent ! im so Happy of this Tutorial !
The apartments look so cool
Thanks
Welp 3 hours later I have finished my window... Granted I spent about an hour trying to figure out all the shortcuts you used. As well as figuring out why my window was hollow on the other side. As well as losing all my hidden objects because alt h wasn't working for me. As well as doubling back and redoing the whole thing cause somewhere along the way I fucked up bad (when I lost my windows in hiding I made a new window, but figured out how to unhide everything and then my new window got swallowed up by the other windows so that when I tried to open an close the lower window it was shearing the eaten window). But yea it's finished on both sides with no issues on the opening and closing. Thank you for this wonderful video. On to doors lol
Do share If you are done with it .
Thank you for an excellent tutorial. I've watched so many looking for a lesson like this one
This is awesome. 😯
Nothing is more disheartening than getting lost 10 minutes into a tutorial (which took me nearly 2 hours) and then reading the comments about how easy it is... hahaha. I'll come back to this in a year or two I think.
For those who only have gloss maps instead of roughness maps, here's a tip! Since gloss maps and roughness maps are just inverse of each other, in the ColorRamp node, just slide those sliders below the gradient bar and swap them by moving one past the other. This will swap the black and white values and turn your gloss maps to rough maps. Pardon me if I got some terms wrong, I'm just a beginner just like some of the other people out there. Hope it helps and have a great day!
This is sick a great video thank you posting and helping us all out!!
Happy to help!
Great stuff, im only half way through but the results are good and your tutorial style is perfect for me.
Thank you very much for those super good free tutorials! stay safe

Amazing, thank you. Not finished yet but already learned so many useful tricks. Subbed.
Nice workflow!!!! Thanks for all the tips! :)
My pleasure!
thank you man. I have some problems with rendering in Eeve, but in Cycles it works well. Already did two windows, on my way to finish the whole building :)
Glad I could help! Would like to know what problems you were facing while rendering in eevee?
@@SaqibHussain88 the program just crashes when I start rendering in Eevee. But in Cycles it's ok. So will just continue to render in Cycles as I did with my first donut :) maybe I'll find the root of this problem later...
“Hope you are fine in current pandemic situation” Wow, feels so strange seeing this was uploaded 7 months ago but the message still being just as relevant as when it was uploaded.
Yup . It's sad that it's same old situation hopefully the second wave will get over soon .
Really nice tutorial man
Thanks !
Omg Thank you I waited for something like this! Thank you.
More to come!
