Is it not left lateral decibitus position for distinction between chiladiti n pneumoperitoneum??
Right side should be up so that air gets collected there with horizontal beams...

Yes. It would be a LEFT lateral decubitus and not a RIGHT lateral decubitus film. I have edited the video.
