At 0:51 Ebi says "always I have said this is my best favorite song of my all songs", he can say whatever he wants to say , but to me his all time best song is :"Ebi - Khorshid Dar Mordab" already on UA-cam, or the same song by this name "

I was thinking, the language is also a factor. at the stage when you are just learning how to speak Persian leaves more room for controling your voice compared to other languages. Say Russian, Dutch, English, Japanese....i mean it depends on individual they can be using that room or not. Don't know about vocalists but dubbing? Irans dubing artists the absulute bests in the world. It's just on another level. Yes controling voice requires practice. But language is a factor too. Like, I just can't imagine a good Russian dubing job. Ever.
