The 100e had good roadholding and handling in its day. Just by fitting 165x13 radials to the standard rims made for fairly good roadholding even by late 60s early 70s standards
Hi i'm from dominican republic and i have one of this Ford prefect 1960 but i have a problem With the stering (sinfín) i one to adapte a zipper i want to fix
I had a 1958 100E back when I was in high school. I LOVED that little car. Sold it when I went into the Army (BAD mistake in selling it!) I've tried several times to find another one in my later years but here in the US they are very scarce, most having been bastardized into racing cars and destroyed.
Yeah I can't imagine there being many in the US! Prices are rising all the time here in the UK. I love them though they're cool little cars! We've got 3 'E's in the family.. a Squire, 100e and 300e.
Hay Richard, what do these go for in the States? im in California and know where one is with very little rust and a very decent body he is asking 1800.00 for it.
Really did'nt like the look of the 100e or indeed the back end of the 105e but these custom jobs really are a nce eyefull especialy the van/squire versions.there was the odd pop rivet woody ,I think
It's not real flash when you struggle to manage even a mild steamer in the wet! I actually love seeing those that simply don't need to prove anything!
Every one of these put a grin on my face, thanks for sharing.
Love it, can't wait till my 100e makes it in to a MK1 video!!
Nice to see a change from Drag Awesome cars!
Where's that pub (if it is) that some of those were pulling out from?
Trying to mix it up a bit but I have way more drag content than show content so it’s hard to get an even spread! Thanks for the comment 😄
@@mk1kieran well i enjoy both but nice to see the classics being used as should
I need one of these in my life
Would love a 100e myself 😎
There’s plenty still about.

Once humble economy fords for the man who wanted A to B freedom. Now, they roar on the mean streets of England.
