Technically iida shouldn't be kicked out of the dekusquad because he literally did nothing and he didn't say anything to deku. Momo, tsuyu and kirishima probably dragged iida into this because they know he will tell Aizawa or principal Nezo. So iida is innocent.
Yes but no, Tenya was still an accomplice. Even if he was dragged into this, like you said, he did nothing. He was accomplice of the bullying by saying and doing nothing, not even trying to go to Izuku after that. After all, he’s supposed to be a hero in training. He may not have bullying Izuku but he could have try to stop them or goes to Izuku to apologise for not doing anything at that time before Izuku killed himself. It’s the job of a hero to help those who needs it. Unlike the bullies who caused Izuku’s death, they can be charge of suicide baiting as long with the bullying and then expelled of UA and probably every hero schools if they passed the words. Tenya, for doing nothing, will probably not be expelled but suspended for a certain time, he would more likely lost the trust of his friends for not trying to help and he would maybe lost his provisional license (but with possibility to gain it back the next year exam). Doing nothing to help someone can make you having a death on your conscious because you know you could have tried to do something to save the person but you didn’t and cause of that, you kinda participated on the person’s death. And that, that can hit you hard.
No please don't let Ida be out in the dekusquad because he didn't do anything and he didn't even do anything to izuku. It's Momo, Kirishima and Tsuyu should be the ones should be punished for what they have done and they don't deserve forgiveness not after they have cause izuku's life.
