I've got a Korean Note 10+ 5G and it has the exynos and works fine in Europe. Be aware that some cellular band may not be compatible with the Snapdragon in Europe. Samsung pay does not work and some settings are in Korean WON and you can't change it. The software release notes are in Korean too.
