I feel like one of the simpler ways you could probably quickly deduce who is sus and who isnt would be to ask Hardest Demon, then ask whether they wouldve considered it a sizable jump compared to their previous hardest, then ask what is said previous hardest Cuz its one thing to say a random level is your hardest, its another to have a general grasp on the difficulty gap between levels (Like say someone says their hardest is SW and says it wasnt a jump from their previous hardest which was like acu, which would be a large jump, or they just run the risk of just mixing up the difficulty of the two and out themselves immediately, etc) Then again, this is for content and i dunno if just boiling it down like that would really make for a good video
