Welcome to the real workplace Twitter employees! Most of us seniors spent years of 60+ hour weeks at the office or factories, etc. just to survive… If we would have proposed to the board/owners the ideas of: working from home, a 8hr. Day/20 hr. workweek , free food 🍲, etc. we would have been laughed out of the meeting! Then given a pink slip… 😂 We survived the 1980’s recession, the 1990’s outsourcing of our office/manufacturing jobs to Asia/Mexico, the 2000’s tsunami 🌊 of subprime lending that ultimately led to mortgage foreclosures/housing market collapse! There’s a new sheriff in town, saddle up it’s your turn 😢
