this is a fun game but by god it is hard, ive being trying to finsih the 2ed mission of the rana campigh for the bettter part of three mouths. there is a massive difficulty spike. i dread to think what the 3ed and forth campaigns will be like
Have you tried aplying more sage (ranged lizard guys)? They are capable of carying any fight as long as you have enough of them.

@@shmee123ful From my experience, just build wood and stone gathering buildings first then go for tents. They are easy to upgrade and sages can carry you through early and mid units. By the time you start fighting big dick units you will probably have dragons to counter them.
