NOTE: When you go through the update process, make sure to (once you've deleted the registry files and the library from your drive) look for the new version not in the "Available Updates" section but to look for it in the "Not Installed" section. :)
So basically you created the best all-in-one orchestral library on the entire market and now you decided to make it even better. I truly love what you guys do, it shows how much you care about your customers! ❤
Adding the harp is perfect for beginners that have a hard time deciding which library to start with! This will surely make them chose AI before other companies. I have zero regrets getting Nucleus! Too bad I wasn't aware of this update and bought Cineharps just a few days ago. There goes my Jaeger budget :D
Audio Imperia, just bought the new version of Nucleus, sound is amazing, great birthday gift for my self. Thank you for the Black Friday discount as well.😁😁😁
This is absolutely fantastic! Generally your libraries are so well recorded and you put so much care into updating them that you are among my favourite developers.
@Tom Scully When you open Native Access, go to "Preferences" and check where NA downloads and installs products to. Then use "Finder" to go to that lcoation and delete Nucleus from that folder. Do you perhaps have the library installed on an external drive?
You don't have to have the Lite Edition installed to be able to run the full version. They're independent from each other :) So depends on your needs, you can certainly keep the Lite Edition installed if you need it for older projects etc. :)
@@AudioImperia wow! Had no idea about that 😁 looking forward to it, might be a nice addition to the Audio Imperial Collection I got almost a year ago 🙂
Totally unrelated but I've just noticed a problem with the sound design patches inside of Nucleus. The Pads playback at incorrect pitches. For example there is no D# in any patch it keeps playing E. Something has gone totally wrong with the chromatic tuning . The Pads playback at the correct pitches using Nucleus Lite Edition though. Can anyone else give them a try to see if it's only me having this issue? I've used the digital tuner in Studio One 5.5 to verify this plus it's pretty noticeable when trying to use them alongside a piano for example. Thanks.
I'm really happy about this update but, it's very annoying downloading the full library again, it takes ages for me. PS : When I deleted the Nucleus folder with all samples and instruments and deleted the .plist file, no need to add my serial again, the 1.2 version is showing into the native access "not installed" section. (MAC user)
Unfortunately, NI wasn't able to offer the update any other way because the update is bigger than 2GB in size which is the current limit for the "Update Available" feature in Native Access.
Any luck? I can't get it to work either. I can find the first two files to delete in the common files folder but nothing else. Then I add my serial number again and it just keeps saying V1.10
Updated instructions for Windows: Step 1) Quit Native Access Step 2) You will need to open the Registry Editor, this can be done by typing regedit into the Start Menu search bar and pressing enter. Step 3) Look for “HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Native Instruments”in the dropdown on the left. Step 4) Delete the Nucleus folder there. Step 5) Now search for “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > Software > Native Instruments” in the same dropdown and delete the Nucleus folder. Step 6) You can now open Native Access, add your Nucleus serial number and go to the “Not Installed” tab. From there, reinstall Nucleus which should be listed as v1.2.
Hey there! Do Nucleus and other AI products work with the new M1 chips? Has it been tested yet? Should it work if Kontakt works with Rosetta or are there specifics? Thanks in advance!
Since we're using NI's Kontakt sample playback engine for all of our instruments, please check the NI website for M1 compatibility updates. You can find more info here: support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/360015663878-Apple-Silicon-M1-macOS-11-Big-Sur-Compatibility-News
I can't get the update to work. I tried deleting the files and restarting Native Access and entering the serial number. It keeps just saying version 1.1
@@AudioImperia Thanks. I have the library on an external drive. Should I first delete it completely? I'll have to email you guys. I don't even think I have the previous update either. Mine is V1.1.0.

Does this mean we have to reinstall the whole library?
It doesn't say we are supposed to delete the library from our drive in the video or in the email, so this is news to me.
I can't get it to work :-(
This didn't work for me, either. Something's amiss.
Can we get a dedicated video showing us how to find the exact files to delete?

This update honestly makes nucleus the best orchestral library for begginers imo, great job
You mean begginers, because of sound and articulations limitations?
@@javierbza I mean that you won't find a librabry that is objectively better than this one for the same price.

Finally got my hands on the full version today. I can't wait to make more tracks with this.
This library and you guys keep amazing me! Thank you for your work!
Hi @audioimperia are you planning to add tubular bells to this great library? Tubular bells are very important in cinematic music.
So glad to hear that! Keep going AI 👏🏼
downloading the update rn excitedddd
Audio Imperia... have you been spying on my dreams?!
Sounds impressive update to use.
I just hope these soloists on Nucleus has the Staccato and Spiccatos too, to having more technique.
Woah didn't expect that
Would this be a good library to get if I want to make video game music?
Free Update. Hurray !!!
Respect 🙌🏼🙌🏼
Really looking inti Nucleus as my very first VST purchase! Just wondering if 8GB RAM would be enough to run it comfortably haha...
please confirm if we need to remove the library from the HD.
Besides, thanks a lot for this free update :)
Yes you can delete Nucleus from your HD/SSD drive as this update will need to be a full reinstall :)

Probably not as we have a dedicated choir library coming out very soon :)

Why Isnt it showing the file to me?
Is it because I use the 100 dollar verison?

Well, i understand now.
I installed this without knowing it was not compatible with OS 10.12. How can I get 1.1 back?
Not sure if its just me but the plucked and slide articulations for the harp sound exactly the same as each other
