R.I.P Chester I grew up on bands like Linkin Park,Green Day,Saliva,The Foo Fighters etc. these reactions are so great cause they remind me of my childhood waking up in the morning for school and seeing MTV/VH1's Music Video Countdown and hearing Chester's and being glued to the unforgettable gift he possessed.❤️🕊✨(With that being said I have been listening to lots of Hard Rock/Metal specifically Black Sabbath I'd love for you to React to a song from their 1980 album Heaven and Hell️ titled "Children of the Sea" it's simply a masterpiece!)

It still hurts to listen to LP. The pain in Chester's voice still bleeds loudly. He truly was the sound of the millennial generation!
We'll definitely add your recommendations to the growing list!
Always appreciate seeing you in the comments, my man!
Much love from the both of us 😊 😊😊

@@honey.brown.nerdrealm Amen! He truly was, and it pains me as well knowing we won't be able to get new Linkin Park studio albums etc. but the legacy will hold up exceptionally well. This song is so touching, and so tough to listen to after his death. Chester left so much good behind, but his death left such an open wound too.
Can I recommend that you listen to their song "The Messenger"? It's very moving too, written by Chester for his children: "Remember you're loved, and you always will be" ❤

It still hurts to hear Chester's voice. The pain. The desperation. The cry for help you can hear longer throughout their songs... gut wrenching 😢
But, his talent will always live on!
And we definitely react to that song! Way more LP coming!
Thank you so much for watching and leaving a comment 😊😊
Much love from the both of us

@@honey.brown.nerdrealm I think few singers could make me feel as much as Chester did. As you say, his talent lives on, and so does the commitment of his fans to make him proud by helping each other out, and to get better ourselves; it's what he'd have wished for us ❤️

@ancatdal A voice for a generation. A voice that will live on past us.
A beautiful soul... gone... but, never forgotten

Linkin Park is my 2nd favourite band. Hybrid Theory and Meteora are my favourite albums.

Hi Honey & Brown. How are you guys? Sorry I'm delayed responding - I love this song. Its soft and beautiful at the start and then the emotions come out when you hear the lyrics 😥😥 I can understand Honey's tears in her reaction -- the lyrics really hit you deep in your soul. There is much sadness in the lyrics and the title itself. Its a cry from the heart ...so very touching. Thank you for sharing it. ❤❤ I understand and pray for Chester's soul now in eternal peace. 🙏🙏🕊🕊 Thank you again and God bless you two and little moonwalker... be safe and well always. 🙏🙏🙏🥰🥰🥰

Hello! Love seeing you in the comments!
What a powerful and beautiful song. Chester's voice just glides so beautifully. This song is very difficult to listen to. Especially with his death. It hits harder.
Thank you so much for your beautiful and thoughtful comment! We appreciate you so much ✌️
Much love from the both of us

I am watching this video for the 2nd time today (1st was on my big TV screen) and now on my phone so I can share my reactions.
I hv cried/sobbed fr the beginning to the end of the song. I luv and appreciate Linkin Park’s music as well.
I remember exactly where I was when I received a text from my son Donovan….I had just arrived in Vancouver airport with my sister to visit my sick mom who is no longer with us. I was in shock to hear of Chester’s passing. This really hits home bc my late husband committed suicide as well and even today this video took me right back to Nov 4, 1990. There’s a lot of suicide deaths in my family with grown men (my father, my late husband and his dad as well) and I was a complete wreck at 29 with my very young children who were 2 & 7 yrs old facing this devastation. My faith in God has always been the strength in my life. Survivors left behind fr a loved one’s suicide is one of the worst experiences in life (IMHO). It changes you as the surviving parent with that one piece of the puzzle that ur loved one takes with them. It took a good decade of very hard work to break the cycle of suicide🥲☺️❤️‍🩹 By God’s grace and mercy, I am blessed and thankful for His plan for me. Always lean on the Lord💯💯🤲🏾🤲🏾🫶🏾

Linkin Park is such a huge part of my life (as you know!). You heard me playing LP so much while I was growing up, and their music became a part of you as well.
Growing up with suicide being so prevalent in our family, it does hit harder when you see such a bright light in Chester dim out forever.
I'm glad I had you to always carry me throughout all that pain you must've endured.
You are truly a great mother! ❤
