Giant Frog Melee | F2P UIM Skilling Reference

Sort of a meme method for slightly faster prayer xp than hill giants with no drops. The base method is simple enough: kill the 4 giant frogs in the middle of the Lumbridge swamp and bury their big bones. The greater difficulty comes at higher combat levels where you have to wait for more giant frogs to respawn. The first step in including a 5th giant frog, for which the one just to the west is generally the closest. You could try to grab the two giant frogs to the north but their wander range is just so far. If you just stick with the middle four or five giant frogs and find yourself waiting for more to spawn, you could also kill the big frogs and giant rats which wander nearby. I think there's an ideal time when its worth to kill a rat or wait for the giant frog to respawn, maybe around like 3 seconds on the countdown.
I was getting around 40k melee and 6.5k prayer xp per hour.
Is this worth? No. The only niche is maybe hardcore ironmen who only use law runes for runecrafting (mining guild iron banking, varr west platebodies, vsw varr west silver banking, edgeville furnace bars / tiaras etc.). A hardcore could probably split ranged between minos and ogresses, then do all of their melees here instead of hill giants. Likely the safest option since you won't be risking acc at Obor or be doing any wildy activities.
I had strength potions on me from doing hill giants but I didn't use them here (not worth to use str pots on enemies which don't drop them or limpwurt roots). I also don't think armor is necessary here at high defense. This method can get run-intensive so I would only have rune scim and monk robes in the future. I held Burst of Strength here.
Ty Say F2P Ult for inspiration. I think someone with tannerdino-level willingness to RPG-switch and full micro incorporation could push 7k pray xp per hour here.

At what point do you think Hill giants become worth it on a 1 defence pure?

Good question, I’m not totally sure. Probably once you can reliably 3-hit the giants
