- Former President Donald Trump will be sentenced July 11 after being convicted by a jury on all 34 counts in his New York "hush money" trial. Criminal defense attorney and Columbia law school lecturer Caroline Polisi joined CBS News to discuss the possibility of Trump serving time.

Probation is no joke. He has to report every month and can't leave the state of New York without permission. So it's definitely going to be a issue for him. And is going to be a thorn in his side.
