- So that second box really was pretty good. Rob was so excited for the hard drive. I have spoken with them via Instagram and they did decide to move to mystery boxes instead of undeliverable mail due to shipping issues. So that is the boxes they sent. I'm still waiting on my refund that they assure is coming but we shall see. If I ever do receive my refunds I may try them out again....maybe.

The first couple outfits for kids I sold those in a dept store I worked in. They are not from wish. They are from Izod. They are pretty expensive, we usually had them on sale for 29.99.
I love how both the plastic envelope and paper envelops look perfect except the label.

I still remember the smell of those hair brushes lol. It's been so long since I've seen one. Even if they give the refund I wouldn't mess with them again.

Tysm for sharing this. I know there's a thrill to ordering mystery boxes but there are a lot of scammers out there. $95 for a box full of unknown items scares me. And $95 is a lot for me (personally) to spend. I appreciate u for doing this vid and putting out a PSA. 👏
I also have to mention that I truly respect her for the way that she approached telling us that she felt like it was a scam and everything. At no time did I hear her say anything really negative or bad about this people or the company that she bought this from other than the fact that they made promises that they did not keep and as far as it being undeliverable it is possible that these items were placed in a box with other items that came back as undeliverable and they just took it out of that box or package and dropped it all in that one big box. I am not trying to defend this seller but maybe there is a reasonable and or logical explanation for this
Love your videos!! A lot of this looks just like what people get in those large Amazon return palettes. These companies probably just buy those return palettes and make mystery boxes, but lie and say it’s undeliverable mail to add to the mystery and total gamble of not getting your value back.
I buy return pallets and these are 100% Amazon returns. They always have the green/clear packages and the long white labels.

Im pretty sure you know because of rob being an it but to people out there if it can help here are some tips to recognize scam websites : if the prices are ridiculously low its fake, if the little visa, paypal etc... logos at the bottom of the page are non clickable, its probably fake, if the prices are all similar for different items ( a gown at 57,59$, a pair of sneakers at 57,59$ and and an office chair at 57,59$ ) its fake, if there is no contact info and address its fake ! I got scammed by them ... did the same as you - bought the box at Thanksgiving - never got order - Asked for my refund in early January - got the "we're sorry" email - but then received the package 2 days later. It was def not 'lost mail' and just random stuff. Including a toy horse set with the heads missing. That was frightening. Anyway! I donated the non-broken things to charity.
Oh wow! Glad to know it was not only me. But stinks that happened to us.
Obviously I can't really tell from the video, but those labels might be printed on thermal paper, like a receipt. It might be part of their privacy policy to heat the labels to remove the address. They might also remove items from the mailers if they can't remove the address that way.

Some of those items make me think of returns before I'd think they were undeliverable. I hope it does work out in the end. Thank you for sharing!

I read somewhere that the undelivered mail was being stopped for privacy issues. They had to be unpacked to sell them.
I was researching and apparently after 90 days undeliverable mail goes to the higher bidder to create the mystery boxes and you can bid. Just be careful because some companies are scams and some are legitimate. I hope this helps

I wonder if maybe they open all of the "undeliverable" mail and then keep what is good and then just make boxes up with the stuff they didn't want. And if that's what it is, that's how it should be described. Not as undeliverable mail!

Im pretty sure that clear and green bag is how amazon repackages returns that come back without packaging. So I'm betting they are buying the amazon pallets, pulling out the good stuff and repackaging the rest as "undeliverable" mail.

Hi Melissa, I recently watched another UA-camr and they had the same experience, down to the labeling. On a happier note I mistook your Paco pillow for Paco lol
UGH! I had the EXACT same experience - I ordered from them on Black Friday, and they didn't ship it for 3 weeks, I kept spamming their chat with zero response. Eventually, they gave me a FAKE tracking number that said "label created" but they never actually took it and shipped it. After 2 weeks of waiting for that, I filed a chargeback, and after THAT they finally gave me a real tracking number and shipped it.
I felt the same way as you when I opened it and it was NOT undelivered mail, but random junk in a box. I got the exact same boy's size 7 Izod Christmas outfit - luckily I have a 6-year-old boy, so at least I can use it. But guess what else they sent me?
EXPIRED PANCAKE MIX. Yeah. A box of pancake mix that was OLD AND EXPIRED. Nasty.
Luckily they didn't dispute the chargeback so I got my money back from Bank of America...But still. What a disappointment. Thanks for posting these videos so we know which ones are scams and which ones aren't. Basically, it seems like "undelivered" mail places just aren't available to the average person who just wants to order a box or two.

Those clear bags with the green top are the same security bags we used for patients at the hospital I worked at. No way that's from mail. Bless ya....rotten scammers. Hope you can sell it all at your market

I’m actually very glad that you did this video so other people won’t get scammed and I’m sorry that you didn’t get what you wanted but it’s very helpful to show these companies and what they are so that other people don’t fall victim to them so thank you so much for doing this. I rarely comment but I felt like this was important to say this is why I do hauls on my channel to let people now is it worth your money should you buy it because it actually does help people out. One of my friends ordered something similar from a website n it was awful. I ordered from Etsy looking for a mystery box for crochet n crafts. I paid $100 for a magnetic needle case with 3 embroidery needles. Feeling very frustrated. Lol u made out pretty good if those r the correct prices when u looked them up.
Under the privacy Act, they cannot actually send packages with other people's details on it as it would be a breach of privacy and they would fall to lawsuits. Chances are they repackaged it to prevent other peoples details being unintentionally shared to members of the public.

Paco hiding behind the pillows 😂😂. I had to rewind because all of a sudden I saw ears pop up! The comb that’s weird at the top is for parting hair. Most professional braiders use something like it. The brush with it is a denman type brush for extremely curly hair.
OMG. 12:53......PACO! You leaned over and he was behind the pillows poking his head up. SO CUTE!!! All you can see is his nose, eyes, and ears. ❤❤ All in all, you got a lot of nice things, but seems to be a waste to spend that much money on stuff you'll never use. And even if you get some of your money back at the flea market, you're still losing money. I wouldn't get from that company again. That gas stove is a definite keeper. If you're ever in a hurricane and lose power, all you have to do is hook up your propane to it and you can cook or boil water. You did well, but I'm sorry you had a bad experience with that company. I order from Retail Regulators in Los Angeles, Ca. Boxes are undeliverable mail. They also have their own boxes they unwrap and stuff. But always legit.

The cord with a disk on the end is an Apple magnetic charger. I have one for my Apple Watch. It also works on the newer iPhones.

To me if it’s undeliverable it should be in a sealed package, with a packing slip inside. I feel you got totally scammed. You are way more gracious then I would of been. The items were decent to good, but it still feels scammy.

It’s always interesting to see what comes in these boxes, but I agree, its a scam. Some of the items weren’t bad, but its definitely not how they marketed it, and thats not right. Can’t wait to hear how the flea market went!
Not defending this website that you bought the boxes from but is it possible they are not allowed to send in original mail packaging due to buyers privacy? Possibly they remove the packages 📦 from the boxes/envelopes?
Izod shirts are expensive so that might be a good haul.

You can get the gas,for the stove at target sometimes Wal mart and sometimes Asian markets and Amazon.

You're so nice, sorry this happened. 😓 I would report them, the more people that do then then the better, they don't seem genuine in any part of their "company" and it's definitely not undeliverable mail. I would ask for a refund request/reverse charge to them as through your bank and also report them as the boxes aren't what is advertised on their site, it isn't mail. Thanks for going this to show us 😊
I totally think they just sent the new mystery boxes they are selling. But that's not what I ordered. Hopefully I'll get my refund. Or I will contact my cc company.
It could be that they remove items from original packaging for privacy reasons.

I used to work in the Post Office and did what we called rewrap. It was when a box or package broke open we would resend it, but sometimes the item had no wrapper or box, so it went into a box and was redirected somewhere else. That could possibly be what some of those items were. However, I would call your credit card company and dispute the charge.

If they really get undeliverable mail they are opening the mail and pulling out the valuable/sure selling items and then repackaging the rest of the stuff to box and sell.
Look at it like this if a piece of your mail went to someone's house in a baught box and they were a stalker now they have all these people adress and names. People are so scary these days no person should be able to have anyones info unless given to them. Specially now adays with all the kids and teenage girls being taken. Im proud groups are doing this. So what they need to do is say do to confendiantal reasons they have to be rebagged.
It looks like stuff you find at the Amazon or Bin stores. Those items are undeliverable and returned items and then they sell them at the bin stores for one set price. It probably wouldn’t be wise to send the items with other peoples addresses on them even if it’s marked out 🤷♀️ Just a guess. Anyway cool items 👍💕 great video.

A lot of the labels are heat transfer printed to just applying heat would give the appearance of being marked over but not with a marker

I know exactly how you feel. I ordered a holiday box from Wibargin back in 10/11/2021. I spent $105.00 after a discount. Till now nothing, I've contacted via phone and email. At first same thing pending, FedEx is behind, we don't have enough products for the box. Now their number is no longer reachable. No way to get in contact. This is truly upsetting. Sorry you are going through the same thing. Never again , by the way I love your chanel!
