That is something we cannot answer here. All those are controlled by VFS and embassy.

D7 and Jobseeker visa is different from each other. D7 is residency by passive income. While jobseeker visa, is jobseeker visa.
How long should the proof of funds be in your account.
6 months is the safest. And it should be recent.
As long as your application is still with the embassy or VFS
My documents are ready but to get appointment is very difficult.
Try to go and submit personally. As per the email of VFS Jakarta, no need biometrics. Try. But at the same time, try to secure a booking too. Let me know if that works

So there is no need for Biometric?
As per the Embassy of Portugal in Jakarta and VFS Jakarta, no need. If you'd like to make sure, email your VFS or go there to inquire. As they may require biometrics for some nationality.
