Coconut Husk Shredder | Motor Installation

In today's video, I will install the pulley and motor in our newly built coconut husk shredder.
I will be using a 1.5HP motor 10.5Amps with a pulley combination of 2 inches x 12 icnhes.

Always consider safety☝️
.try yung grills slightly angled against the rotation of drum-rough or knife effect
.spike design sa drum: i think spiral or staggered is best mahirap lang ibalance
.kailangan ng fan to create draught para itulak yung shredded material: associated sa drum design-certain rotational speed needed
.product slide mas mababa o adjustable
.motor frame- adjustable or attatch idler pulley for belt tension/tulad ng nabanggit na: cover
.motor capacity (identified -) depends on material loading and output target, ideal for this application may be capacitor start and capacitor run single phase (3 phase is not readily available)
.over load protection/breaker/fuse is a must para hinde masunog ang motor

for the purpose of sharing idea lang po sir. hindi po kami nagbebenta.for price reference po ang materials po niyan is around 20K po kasama ang machining nung roller drum po. ung motor mo ang price niyan is 3K for 1.5HP. pero since na napapatigil ng load we recommend po na mas mataas na power rating ang i- install.salamat po sir.god bless po.
