I like the pinhole Instax idea.

I've actually been using Instax as a way to test out camera designs. It's a fast speed film but you can calculate down to other ISOs after the fact. Currently been using it to figure out out how to use a leaf shutter modifier to take hand held pinhole photos with faster speed films
