- Singer-songwriter Rhonda Ross is the daughter of two music industry titans - Diana Ross and Motown Records founder Berry Gordy. She stopped by WGN Morning News while in town for a performance.
I am pleased that there will be no Mommie Dearest books on Diana coming from any of her children.

Evan Ross has an amazing voice also. He's married to Ashlee Simpson. It must have been tough to find out your dad is Berry Gordy after all those years. But they all turned out great. No embarrasing arrests , all of them with their goals and talent. Miss Ross did a good job raising them.

By the way, Miss Ross had a habit of picking out someone to sing with her as she strolled down the aisle at her concerts. In 1979 or 80 at Pine Knob outdoor ampitheatre I was one of them she asked. I was petrified and she was most gracious. I'll never forget that. Thank you Diana for that great memory!
