Completely agree with vampiric being a trap. Your pals live for a minute longer sure but the raid also lasts a minute longer. Essentially just adding time onto beating it. Faster kill means less damage you'll take. The best defense is definitely q good offense in this one.
Thanks for the video. From what I'm seeing here's how i see the passives. Number 1 uncontested = Serenity Number 2 = 30% Elemental (only if running 3 benefital elements BECAUSE Holy Burst needs nerfed (I'm sure elemental advantage would bring other skills up)). Number 3 = Demon God Number 3.5 = Musclehead (If you're not running an elemental passive) 4th now depends on content Generic = Legend (It's just stats, a lot of stats but with almost no def% from passives the def% hase a lot of efficiency value) Good Signature skill = Impatient Endurance runs, like getting to the copper in oil rig = Vampiric The 4th passive will always give the lowest benefit due to dimishing returns of other passives so it's "really" up to preference but the sad part is the "hardest" content is also time gated so raids will always prefer damage over survaiblity. Personally I'm very partial to lifesteal in pretty much all games so I'll still breed Vampiric on all my Pals.
Thabk you for this i was curious what would end up best. I am kinda pleased i was able to predict the best ones would be either all out offense or vampyric with all offense otherwise if you want the sustain. This was very useful
I built a Nitemary and Prunelia with Vampiric, Serenity, and a couple good attack natures, good to know its not a poor choice. I also made a Nyafia to try out the shotgun ability, but that one I went full offense. Also learned the breeding system will fight you tooth and nail to prevent the new attack skills to be passed down for some weird reason.
I learned that if you want atk skills to be passed down its best to breed those pals in abse where no work is being done...as they level they learn new skills which increase the pool of skills to get passed down in turn making it harder to transfer the desired skill
My Dream Pal Team is Vixen, Lyleen, Dazzi, Jetdragon and Frostallion. Is Vampiric good in at least one of them? If not I guess I should add Lovander or Felbat.
Don’t sleep on Shroomer Nocts too! They reduce San drain by a lot AND they stack with multiple shroomers . No need for springs anymore aside from aesthetics in your bases 🤓
Yep. I replaced Nocturnal with Vampiric. Also, I used Serious rather than Work Slave because I want them to have decent attacks against occasional wild pals/Feybreak warriors who stray into my base.
@@averagejoegaming1045 How many base Pals are you running with? I have 15 and for me I find it very hard to slot such a useless Pal into the base 1 maxed Shroomer is only 15% reduced san loss. The biggest issue is that in terms of work speed it is more or less a "dead" Pal and I am sure you are not making much of a difference in allowing for harder work settings. I can see Shroomer being a game changer if have base settings on 20+ Pals but at 15 it is gone be a struggle.
Tough call on what would really be a good option. Vampiric really helps with survivability, but so does a healing potion and calling a pal back when they're wide open or in a pinch. If you're good on avoiding having your pal take damage, then it sounds like non-Vampiric offensive builds are the better option. Otherwise it's a helpful band-aid against tower bosses, but that's about it.
Lonvander with the new move holy burst and vampiric with demon god serenity and diamond body is a lifesteal beast. But felbat with siren of the void, lord of the underworld, invader and vampiric heals more on bosses that are neutral to darkness damage than the damage he takes
Will you be testing old moves against unique ones? I want to know if the reduced cooldown of bastigors frost talon is comparable to icicle line or if air blade is just the best in all scenarios lol
Can you do a DPS test of each element's default attack? I had completely overlooked this aspect and thought Impatient was still a good choice. Now that you mentioned the default attacks, it makes perfect sense.

Basically as a quick and dirty answer raw attack boosts give additive bonuses while elemental does multiplicative where multiplicative does a bit more offensively all things being equal. So 30% multiplicative ends up making you do more than 30% additive especially with diminishing returns on additive compared to multiplicative

im currently breeding 100 iv vampiric/serenity/demon god/legend jet dragons for libero/libero ultra. i was thinking since you can get 60% boost instead of 30% from update for souls and the fact you are 10 levels over her vampiric would be useful to be able to farm both ver of her while not wasting too many resauses on ammo repairs exc. should i not do that or would that be fine for libero/libero ultra? plus god the holy burst fruit you meantiond a fiew vids ago so they will also have that too.

@@rorygasai6611Bellanoir switches to ice type when she gets half health. It would be best to breed up some J.Ignis or decent fire types when she goes into that phase or your Jetragons will get Koed(especially during the Ultra raid).

Would you recommend Vampiric on Felbat and "fight alongside" element swap pals like Anubis? Assuming you always run Vanguard, Demon God, and Serenity I wonder if it's worth using over Legend for the types of pals that fight alongside the player damage build.
Not on felbat, since it already has a lifesteal you want to stack damage passives on it. It is probably decent on Anubis for Zoe farming, but not for Ryu phase 2.

Currently want to breed a new Alpha Digtoise to have in my party. Thinking Legend, Demon God, Serenity, and Diamond Body (mainly for its high defense stat and large hit box).
Great... But how do you get Demon God? I've bred over 600 Bastigore with no passives, some passives, full passives... nothing gets Demon God. How do you get it? What pals come with it?
I do not have any statistical backing, but I had best luck catching "Emperor" pals in the wildlife sanctuaries; specifically Blazamut, Orserk, Shadowbeak and Lyleen. What I mean by "Emperor" is that these pals come with their unique skill that increases damage of their own type (Emperor of Flames for Blazamut, Lord of Thunder for Orserk, etc.).
I did wonder how good it was when i watch my pals hp bars i really like it on my bastigor though big chunks of hp restored after its big slam, just got it on bellanoir i think it will be good with its nightmare ray
Also for raids vampiric will work on pals using rocket launcher i tested 12 lvl 50 lamballs with vampriric and they all survived ryu and killed him him with just under 20 or so rockets

Great work getting all those perks on Xenolord. Have you figured out a way to optimize the outcome from Dr. Brawn? I'm trying to get Remarkable Craftsman and Vampiric on Blazamut Ryu, but so far, after a couple dozen surgeries, I haven't gotten anything worthwhile from him, except for a bunch of Ryu's with 0 IV's and 4 bad perks. I've also hatched over 1000 eggs via Nocturnal+Philanthropist, and I've gotten Demon God, Eternal Engine, and Mastery of Fasting, but no Vampiric. Is there a way I can optimize this process further? Serenity gives 10% attack and reduces their attack cooldown by 30%. This makes strong moves like Holy Burst happen much more frequently...you can change pals of course, but if you're doing raids or Hard Towers, you will NEED to squeeze the active battle time of your Pals to the max.
Lets sum this up: The less damage a enemy deals, the more worth is vampiric. The less damage you take, the more worth vampiric is. The more dmg you deal, the more worth vanpiric is. Defense is, however, percentual. What about a maxed out, vampiric, legend, diamond body, serenity pal taking less damage, though dealing less? Again: if enemies deal more damage than own pals, defense beats damage. If own pals deal more, damage is worth more.
With the way the elemental bonuses work they end up doing a bit more damage compared to just a plain attack bonus. The drawback is being locked into certain elements when most pals want to be using Air Blade and Holy Burst.
It's not, attack and elemental damage % increase are different multiplier For example if you got musclehead, legend and celestial emperor on a pal, the total boost to its neutral skill would be (1.2+1.3) * 1.2 so 80% boost instead of just adding up to 70%
The good thing with souls is that they can be reused if you pay at a statue And you get plenty large souls from expeditions So... It's a hassle to get them but once yu have them it's not THAT bad But let's appreciate the effort he put into it

It should be viable, it just won't heal so much against the Ultra version.

Its a different type of multiplier so you get less diminishing returns there was a math reason that im not smart enough to explain lol

I wouldn't bother specializing for the weakest of the 3 raid bosses.
Any army breed to take down Blazamut or Xenolord can also deal with Bellanoir.

Dogen has it, place it in the pal box to reset the cooldown.
I see your pals with potential of all 100 on health, attack and defense . How do you do that ? I can never get that to happen ?
I farm the power fruits to boost ivs, 10 per fruit. Farm dog coins, bounties or raid bosses.
Have you done any research to boost base pal stats?

so a 4x condensed level 60 xenolord with perfect passives didnt beat viktor and shadowbeak? im playing hardcore, and now i realize how screwed i am
This is the hard mode towers, a maxed xenolord will deal with regular Victor.

He seems to have a good chance of flipping a negative passive into a positive.

You can give them the stat fruits from the Medal merchant. If you give 100 IVS for the parents they can pass them down to offspring.

For example if you got musclehead, legend and celestial emperor on a pal, the total boost to its neutral skill would be (1.2+1.3) * 1.2 so 80% boost instead of just adding up to 70%
How did you get legend on it? No way you got it using Dr. Brawn so fast even if that’s possible….
There is no legend on the Xenogards, only on the Jignis.

Souls are easy to get
The good thing with souls is that they can be reused if you pay at a statue
And you get plenty large souls from expeditions
So... It's a hassle to get them but once yu have them it's not THAT bad

I just retract the pal to prevent damage and immediately bring it back out, never had problems with bosses
