This 50% is based on the character or it is general? cause I noticed I could do 5360 damage on Ryu with Honda, will that mean 50% across board?
It will do the same damage across the board, but xters have different health so 50% on akuma is 4500dmg but on gief it's 5500 on Honda it's 5250 and the rest 5000
