How to Create a Validation Rule with a Picklist and Another Field Type

- Formulas are hard for me to understand. The more practice, the better.
Here I created a validation rule that requires a date field to have a value when a picklist field has a value of "At Risk." So if the Risk Status = At Risk, I am required to enter the date I changed that status.

if one field is picklist and another field is text.Will it works?
CTRL + X (copy field & removes it) CTRL + V(pastes)...may help speed up your process instead of right click.
Yup! I just wanted the newbie viewer to see what I was actually doing when I right click and the dropdown showed which one I was doing. If I did CTRL + X, I believe those wouldn't appear. A newbie might not be able to follow? I could be wrong...
