Preparing to play this at church tomorrow. This is very helpful, but sometimes it was hard to see what you were picking. And it would have been even more helpful to see your effects settings, or at least what pedals/effects were being used for each piece. It was clear you were making changes with your foot, and I can hear when the delay changes, but actual types of delays - and chorus? - would be even more helpful. You can do that in your description! Also, I'm not sure what purpose the metronome serves? And if it does for some folks, it is a little loud in the mix... Again, thanks for doing this, I hope the feedback is helpful as well! God Bless!

Any chance you have the main guitar lick in key of E?

What is the effect you are using on the verse and chorus?

Near as i can tell, working on my presets for this for church - and I'm really just guessing and going totally on what I hear here, and based on my existing Strymon Timeline settings - is for the melody line and intro parts, a dTape 8th notes delay, with a chorus of some sort. Clearly he is using a drive and sounds like changing drives more than the delay on and off. However, I plan on using my amp's main "crunch" or lead channel all the way through. I think I hear maybe less delay and no chorus on the bridge, so I plan on switching to a Digital Delay 1/4 notes there, which is a preset on my Strymon called 90's Sparkle. I struggle with good reverb settings and use my H9's for reverbs; I think I hear reverb but I don't plan to use any; I find they can just be too much with many delays, live. The Timeline preset I will use for the melody and intro with the dTape 8th notes is from a downloaded preset for a song called One Thing Remains. I ran through a number of different presets that were similar and this one sounded the best in my music room/studio - we will see how it sounds at church tomorrow, in the mix! I think the chorus is a lighter chorus and I plan to use the "Widening" preset on my Mobius for that. I hope this is helpful, but Maybe more than you wanted...
