I don’t understand why people care about that all, there’s maybe 1% change you’ll ever see those people again.
The thing that helps me is to remind myself: the only one remembering your “embarrassing” moments is you, how many embarrassing moments of other peoples lives can you remember? Probably near zero or none at all. So why hold yourself back over something nobody is going to remember or care about at all?

If you all are talking about the humming noise by exit sign/exit row seats it’s the 737 fuel pump, plenty of sounds videos of it. You typically hear the pump sounds closest to the exit row.

Next time go into the cockpit and do asmr and meet the pilots you would be actually very surprised how easy it is to be allowed into the cockpit when the plane is deboarding you just ask if the door is open your basically instantly allowed in
Also for the people who don't know what the cockpit is (It is where the 2-3 pilots sit to fly the plane like a helm on a bus or a much bigger version of the driver seat in a bus)
