Best parenting advice my mom gave me: when your kids do something wrong/make mistakes, allow yourself time to calm down before punishing them. Don't scream and yell (it will still happen sometimes, but then you will regret it) Allow yourself time to not act out of anger, but act out of love...wanting the best for your children, which means correcting them and guiding them.
I had surprise twins as well. Girl/Boy. They are 42 now. We’re 32 weeks gestation. Both healthy and home two week after birth. Gods hand was on all of us! ❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻

My husband is a twin and his mom thought she was delivering her 3rd child when the dr said there's another leg😮!" In her exhaustion she thought the baby had three legs, turned out it was my husband dangling his leg out like "don't forget about me!". Quite a shock
How I knew for sure my husband was the right man for me was this: Two weeks before the wedding, a disagreement was instigated between us by someone else. He left our location and went home. The whole time we were apart, I just kept thinking, “I only want to talk to him about this.” Like Nathan, I wanted to run to my (then) fiancé, even with the problem that was about the two of us. Tomorrow will be the fifth anniversary of his passing. He’s still the one I want to run to with my problems, but I can’t, so I turn to God.
Back in 1973 when my momma was pregnant with my brother and I. She did not know there were two of us and the doctors did not even know, because my brothers heart beat was beating the same as my mommas. They both had a heart murmur. Love yall. Congratulations two the 4 of you!!!

Baby Kenna is sooooo smart guys... I literally just had to rewind to watch how her determination to work out how to open the lip gloss played out. She was so mature in her looks, like OK that twists, good now it opens, ok now I twist and push it back in.. And now this is how Mumma gets it out!!! And you can tell she didn't want to eat it.. She was trying so hard to put it on her lips!!! Bless ya'll and congrats on the announcement so so happy for you and the new Aunts n uncles to be.
Best advice: If it works for you and the baby is safe….then it works. Don’t listen to the ruckus of opinions. If you’re baby needs the sound of the dryer to sleep, so be it. If they only sleep with XX music, do it. Baby is your baby and gift from God. Be the best parents God lets you be and don’t let all the unimportant voices in.

As a former Labor & Delivery Nurse, I agree with Nathan! Definitely have babies at hospitals that are fully equipped to handle any issue that may arise. Although giving birth is a "natural" process, emergencies do happen, and it feels so good to have everything that may be needed is there to have a safe outcome for you and your precious baby! Congratulations to all. Prayers for a safe, eventless delivery andvat the end healthy Mamas and Babies. I had both of my boys natural and each I had labor of 4½ hours each. I think the best preparation for childbirth was my 5 years of severe menstrul cramps. Labor pains were basically the same. I had already lived through 60 episodes of the pain and I survived them, so I knew I would this. Oh, I gave birth with 4 pushes, stopped to be taken into the labor room, then 1 small push, his head was delivered while the doctor was still washing his hands. He came in and caught our son just before he landed on the labor table. No more pushes were needee. 5 years later...the doctor (same one) was almost late again. We decided no more, finances were tight, my health was declining, so we had to stop at the 2 wonderful sons that we were blessed with. I'm 65 now, and more than ready to be done with my earthly life. The pain is unrelenting, my boys are settled, #1 granddaughter is almost 20 and her sister is 13 as of 6 weeks ago. Anyways, all the blessings to both couples.

Esther if you’ve wanted to try for a natural delivery in a low intervention room I highly recommend trying it!! Just practice your breathing techniques and highly recommend having a midwife/nursing team to help with changing positions. Mine was magical as well with no epidural! Excited for both upcoming Baby Bates!
