I know the first recipe you made is very common for you but I’ve never seen it. What were the white little balls you put in? They look like hailstones. But tiny and pretty. Could you tell me the recipe please? I love your balcony lights. They are so friendly.
hi Wendy, yeah they are called Tapioca Pearls I think in English..not very sure though..they are very commonly used in many recipes in India..I made a breakfast recipe which involves soaking them overnight and then making a dish out of them the next day..The soaking part is a bit technical, as they can get a bit sticky..Here's a recipe link for you that may help understand better - www.indianhealthyrecipes.com/sabudana-khichdi-recipe/ Do let me know if this helps
