Jim, Good video. I owned The Engine of Mischief which you built with the Leigh Harrison system that you showed the welded bracket in this video. It was a stepping stone to the Jim Kanomata Quad-Bagger your touting in this video and I can see that it's a great upgrade to safety and serviceability. Thank you for all you do for the GMC community.
I beg your pardon Jim, but the original purpose of that air bag was used for mounting large generators. And when the GM engineers got together and looked at their Warehouse inventory, they chose it for all the right reasons, especially flexibility and load requirements
I understand the couple of clear advantages of a quad bag setup, but it does seem that you lose some of the engineering/advantages designed into the OEM style dual-bag setup.
Hi Jim, I owned The Engine of Mischief for a while which you built with the Leigh Harrison quad-bag system and as you say in this video it was pretty good. I can see that this quad-bag that Jim Kanomata created is more robust and refined. It's we'll worth the investment for the safety and serviceability. Good video.
