AutoCAD 3D to 2D Conversion Tutorial - Part 2 of 2

Hello, sir
After converting 3d dwg into 2d in page layout while I try to give dimension to the dwg it did not detach the two corner point.even if I select the circle to give centermark it not select l.plz sir solve my problem.
