xlthumper I'm sure it gets by fine, but there's literally no downside to an automatic locker. Just a ratcheting sound when you take slow corners.
This is a Baja pre-runner lockers would be wrecked when he drifts and slides around corners at +80mph

I am from Nevada..and I keep hearing about off road parks ..wow liberals really screwed up there .. here everywhere is an off road park.. to know some people have to go to regulated parks is crazy . do u have to pay someone or like a fee?.
sounds like government control , I just turn off any road and into dirt when I decide to off road. I am stunned you let people regulate where you off road. half the fun is discovering new territory and getting far away from Toyota prius cars..and thier owners too..

I dont think its government control. Just some people with a shit load of land that wanted to open up a business. Gotta think, yeah Texas is huge but a lot of land is owned by ranchers and mark their territory as no trespassing. Thus making it illegal to drive on. And if you live closer to cities and more populated areas, again its illegal because most of the property is private. But it would be cool though to just be cruising down the highway and veer off the road and go wheelin wherever.
It's Texas, most land is privately owned, no government control. You can go off roading where ever you want, but you will soon find out there's no gun control either.

I'm from Texas and live 15 minutes from a park. We have other places to off-road at but most places don't have signal and others are private property. With the park you can easily get in to contact with someone if something breaks or you get stuck. Look up river run. Huge parties, and alot of charity events. Meet new people. It's fun. But sometimes you do go to other places and learn new lines.

Imagine that. The tundra needs fuel. When you get 8mpg everywhere you go you run out of fuel in the most inconvenient places.
