I love your videos so much! ❤️ You inspired me to make my first custom keyboard and I just got it and built it for Christmas today. Thank you so much and I hope you have a good Christmas!
makes me peckish for some ice cream 🍨 really good production quality on this channel, the camera work and b-roll footage looks very professional for a relatively small channel
hey i got the switches and love it but the spring sound its kinda annoying especially on the space bar. What spring should i change to it i don't have any ideas ?
hello Lucid! I purchased the MCC switches after seing them in most of your videos and THEY ARE AWESOME!!! I Love them very much! Curious: what are your top 5 switches?
real endgame is you will need to buy 60 pcs from each of different sets, take springs from some, take stems from some, take housing from some. Rinse and repeat for each for linear, tectile, clicky. If you are into silent or Alpaca, there will be more requirements. Then comes the keycaps, I go with taiho rubberized PCB keycaps. Your mileage may vary. Keycap profile, XA, MDA, etc, are important unless you go with Dvorak layout, where you can't reuse most keycaps in correct places. Most people start at board, pcb etc and forgot to finalize in keys(switches and caps) as most streamers forgot not everyone is changing keyboard very often, even the hobbyists.
I just got a batch of these, but they came in veryyy scratchy stock. Even after lubing with krytox 3203, there's still about 5% scratchiness left there. Your stock sound test doesn't sound scratchy at all though. I might need to try krytox 205g0 to help remove the rest of the scratchiness.
Awesome vid. Have you tried out the Durock Sunflower T1 switches? They seem really similar to the Mint Chocolate Chips. Also, Merry Christmas if you celebrate it.
Edit: Leafping is like all T1s. Really recommend Leaf Shroud modding them to reduce leafping. Basically cutting a deskey leftover in half and place it in top housing where the leaf is going in to cushon the leaf hitting the top housing . Spring swap very recommended since my batches springs are pingy af too
I got holy panda, glorious panda, anubis, neopolitan ice cream, durock T1, chosfox voyager, baby kangaroo, made couple of frankenswitches, I think I liked the voyager the best stock.
Merry Christmas 💙💙💙

Good Stuff. Would like to see a personal tierlist of your favorite switches.
absolutely
for sure
The quality and editing of this channel is so nice you definitely deserve more subs.
Great video and great production quality as always
i feel like the mode righty just generally has a kind of thuddy sound signature
I love your videos so much! ❤️ You inspired me to make my first custom keyboard and I just got it and built it for Christmas today. Thank you so much and I hope you have a good Christmas!

Might try something similar!
ayo i just woke up and now I want mint choc ice cream 😂
anyways, great video as always !
Sick Production value.
Mint chocolate chip icecream is my favorite :D
Damnnnn. currently rocking Boba U4T and wanted to build my next board with some linears but these things have me reconsidering.
Get boba LTs🤪🤪🤪
no way, my favourite ice cream flavour is now a keyboard switch! pog
I wish you had compared to other "snappy". Tactiles, like Kiwis, or Salmons. But I'll keep an eye out for these switches. Thank you!
hey i love ur channel ur really helpful to find some new and interesting switches thank u
Awesome video, one more switch to add to the list!
i think i have a crush on a switch.... its so beautiful
Great vid, keep up the good stuff
Been looking for a review on these for a while, thanks! I've been debating if I should buy these along with the extras
Great video, keep up the good work!
they must taste amazing
I like the attention to detail when he tried to put the mint chocolate chips wording behind the switch be it just looks like
MINT CH ATE CHIP
I'd be interested to understand how these compare to the Anubis.
You rock. sub 4 min vid with excellent b roll
Fire content dude :)
best flavor and best sound
Yeah these actually sound fantastic lol
How do these compare to the anubis switches?
hey i got the switches and love it but the spring sound its kinda annoying especially on the space bar. What spring should i change to it i don't have any ideas ?
Did these switches have a weird tick sound for you? Not sure why but a ticking sound persists in mine and nothing I tried made it go away.
Marry Christmas
hello Lucid!

Curious: what are your top 5 switches?
Have you tried the Harimau switch yet? That seems more "endgame" for my tactile money.
Well T1 stems are Pom tactile stems, so this is a full Pom tactile switch?
How would you compare them to Boba U4T. To me the U4t were nice but a little fatiguing and loud to me.
would love to see how these compare with Harimau switches
Where is the bump on this one, at the top? Your description of it being a sharp tactical make me wonder if it's a recolor or Durock sunflowers.
mint choco >>>>
Exactly
Not in tactile gang but might consider this
so u4t for thocc, and mint chocolate for clacky.
yep yep
I had my eye on this until I got the Anubis switches, they looked similar so I skipped on them lol
Will you review the momoka frogs one day even though you used it on the gent 65 se?
So, it's a pom T1 basically
Can you review the Jwick T1 stems with either polycarb or clear stem? I'm interested in buying those
does this have any leaf pings like most tactiles?
can you please do a review of the akko cs lavender purple switches?
Can you please do review on the freebird tkl?
and can you compare it to the glacier 80
😋
What spring can be used to decrease the pingyness
Dose keycaps look sheesh..anyone know what they're called?
GMK Bushido
whats the total travel?
sheeeeeesh
How does this compare to the anubis switch?
What should I spring swap it too?
QUICK QUESTION WHAT IS THE KEYBOARD ON 3:43
oh wow, those are thocky
What do you mean by stock? Wiping off the factory lube? And "lubed" meaning with FACTORY lube?
"Stock" would be no lubed or w/ factory lube while "lubed" will either be factory lube + his lube or wiping off factory lube then his lube.
what did you spring swap to?

i like the ice cream neapolitians better than the mint chocolate chip's
Definitely one of the best stock switches
ayo slow down the typing tests and let us savour the sound profile please
Hi lucid

Yeaahhhh, I want those but definitely not buying that shit, 51 dollars shipping exc import taxes
Which springs would you recommend for spring swapping?
mine are now coming in soon
this or anubis?
Awesome video. What springs would you recommend getting for spring swapping? Ideally somewhere around 68g for me...
How would you compare the mints to the sunflower T1?
I'm using this switch at this moment. I like it a lot
These would be incredible with extra modding to deepen the sound.
The stock somehow sounds better than the lubed wow
Are these more tactile than Zykos?
