This is exactly what happens at MAKERERE UNIVERSITY, UGANDA 🇺🇬. No lecturer will call you to attend class or submit assignments. Dare miss the assignment submission deadline or exam,you will face the music😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😂😂.Class attendance is a MUST but not forced. Why? Random marks for attendance from most lecturers is common.Retakes,are 💯 percent redone and in the following year,same semester. You basically spend an entire year to redo a failed paper.😅. Stresssssssss😊
