The 3 animals in the picture are definitely Pallas Cat, Markhor and Hamadryas Baboon. The fourth animal is most likely the Andean/Spectacled Bear a personal favorite of mine. The exhibit animal could be Goodfellow's Tree Kangaroo in a walkthrough or some kind of terrarium animal.
