Delicious Picanha on the Weber Kettle | Low and Slow with a Reverse Sear | Easy and Fast

- We cooked a Picanha, aka sirloin cap, on the Weber Kettle. This is a famous cut at Brazilian steakhouses. Usually cooked hot and fast on a skewer, we decided to go low and slow with a reverse sear at the end.
This was cooked on my Weber Kettle using the Slow N Sear with Jealous Devil lump charcoal. Liberally seasoned with garlic powder, Kosher salt and Pork Mafia #16 coarse black pepper.

Okay, I’m convinced to try a picanha now. Looks delicious from here. Thanks for sharing.
Tasted delicious here!! Lol. Thanks my friend!
Looks awesome! Never tried this but coming up as soon as I find this cut. Cheers!
Cheers!! Hope you can find it. It’s hard to find in this neck of the woods. This one was ordered from Wild Fork.
Looks good. I'm going to have to try one of those. Well done.
Thank you!! I appreciate it and definitely recommend it!!
Picanha is my favorite steak, I do them the Guga way
I need to watch how Guga does them. Haven’t watch his Picanha one yet. He has so many great ones. I saw one where he cooked a brisket in bone marrow! I may try that but use tallow instead.
@Racevice Smokehouse & Grill when the slow and sear first came out he did a video for them
Nicely done 🍺🍻🍺
Cheers! Thank you!
I was at the meat market yesterday and I had a prime picanha in my hand and I didn't buy it.
Big mistake. Looks excellent! Rootboy Approved! 🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺
Make sure you get one soon! Lol. So good.
Thanks for checking it out!
Clean your stuff for goodness sake.
Thank you! I will do better.
