@@tristanbass-krueger7195 I don't think that's relevant. And I didn't mean it in a negative way either. I think it's more about being respectful towards people who just started playing chess, or who still struggle but try to enjoy the game regardless versus people who achieved something and are not supposed to make rookie mistakes.
Something I hate about online chess is that people will commit to playing shorter games and use their entire clock time (anything on the quick selections, so any of your standard bullet and 5 minute or less blitz). But when it comes to rapid games, so anything between 10 and 20 minutes roughly, they decide they’re going to spend 2-5 minutes or their clock for the entire game and then end up playing extremely poorly due to this. I’m not sure if this is just chess nature for a lot of people at this point or if they’re just that uncommitted to actually wanting to play and are just wanting to get as many games out as possible no matter the quality. This game being a perfect example, your opponent used maybe 2 minutes for half the game then started to think slightly but only after getting his Bishop trapped and trying to create some kind of counter play that never came due to carelessness in the opening and no thought (or at least no deep thought) about what he was going to do in the situation he found himself in.

I don't think that opponent got to that rating without any opening repertoire, i think they just experimented with a sideline of the grand prix attack which for some reason plays 2. Bc4, 3. f4 instead of a vienna like setup with 2. Nc3, 3. f4. Very unfortunate for them to run into Danya lol

Danya in "no mercy" mode is brilliant to watch. An absolute killer. R.I.P to today's opponent 💀❣️😭🤣
It’s insane how Danya is able to punish their opponents so hard with just one or two inaccurate moves from them. These kind of tactics blows my mind

A helpful rule demonstrated in this video: whenever you can play d5 in the Sicilian as black, go for it.
Play 1...d5 and transpose into the scandy 😎

Can you do a vid on the slav defense or Goldman
Is Gran Prix playable only against sicilian? Can you make a tutorial of the gp? 🙏🏻
Yeah Bc4 in Sicilian is generally not good, unless the pawn is already on e5 for black
Or against the dragom
There's some decent ideas in Sozin setups against e6 Sicilians, but mostly your bishop is just going to get kicked around
Isnt there a Bc4 in open sicilian?
