  • I shot a quick clip of the engine startup process in a Citation 550 (Citation II) for viewers to compare the process to my more detailed video of the engine starting procedures in a Citation 560 (V/Ultra/Encore). This video in the Citation II was shot with minimal explanation and shows in "real time" how we'd typically be doing the engine start on a regular leg flying the line.

    Hey sir like your vids a lot !! Do you have any suggest where can I get Citation Bravo Flight manuals and checklist? (keep going really enjoy your vids.)

    This engine is not hot at all compared to the CJ1 starts that come close to 700°C almost every time

      Yes, the 500 series engines are very "cool" starting engines. Like any turbine engine, a pilot has to be careful for hot starts, but I've never seen any 500 series engines come even close to redline.

    HI nice video but poor explanation say son when like Batt om engine 1 start Bottom ,8% N1 fueln20% N2 ,ITT ricing,make a nice call out or say something new to learn thank you
