Once I realized players are not playing with all of their own money, because they sell percentages of themselves it has really taken away my enjoyment for these cash games. And what I think is utterly insane is that players are allowed to sit at the same table with players they have action on! Think of a home game where you invite 5 friends over and 2 of them basically don't care which one of them win because they essentially a team?! They can build up pots for each other etc.
