I started with the Gardner as well. I made my own sims and his name is Roman Gardner. Lol I enjoyed building his house. I grew a lot of plants and sold the arrangements at 300%. I ended up with $7000 to add to the community safe. Not sure if you know but the plants will go bad if not sold within a couple days.
Tabitha your play through of Frank sounds so exciting. I loved the look of Frank so I didn't make him over but, the other Townies I'll be making over. I am NOT a builder and am so anxious about building his home. But I know it's happening sooner than later so I'm trying to get my mind right for this build. 😄 7K?!?!?!?! that's crazy good. I still have to work out how I'm going to contribute to the community and ect. I hope he gets bills before I take on character #2. This is such a fun challenge. I've been watching Deligracy and can't get enough - so glad your channel popped up as a recommendation. I think Frank Stem will be a fun one to play - glad you chose him. Looking forward to the next episode ❤

Frank was the first sim i got when i randomized them. he was by for the easiest next to azure
I'm not going to lie I was getting a little worried when I was selling a bouquet for $6, 😄 I was like "how am I going to make money". But it's definitely easier now that he's skilled up. How many Townies have you played through already? I can't wait to get Azure. Thanks for watching!

@@LeeLeeBSimming ziggy is definitely a hard one. it took me three irl days to finish his challenge. Here’s what i suggest.
1. Sell your knitting kit (if you want) because knitted stuff doesn’t sell as well as cross stitch.
2) get the marketable trait asap
3) raise his charisma up to 5 at minimum 7-9 at most.
4) the higher level (lvl 4+) large cross stitch hoops sell for more on the sales table anywhere btw 400-500 depending on ur markup (50%+)
5. Now this one I’m not too sure on. But i saw somewhere that if you get the creative visionary trait it can help with making higher quality stitches but I’m not 100% on that. I did do it but idk if i actually saw a difference or not
