I kinda have a strange question. The big light beside the slide out where Mr. Childers was working. Where is the light switch? I have never been able to find it on my 5th wheel
I followed y'all some time ago, then again recently, not sure what happened there but, glad I'm with ya again. We're considering a TT and have been inspired by your experiences and trips. Do you still have the older TT? Any advice for newbies on what to buy? We live in Texas.
We do still have our vintage. It’s in storage right now. We are not sure what to tell you on a TT. There are so many out there. Check value quality and make sure you both can be in there at the same time. You will have rainy days Good Luck 👍🏻
Ah OK, as long as it wasn't you ran out of food in the Alaskan wilderness or maybe there was a bear and the two of you can run faster than them@@NomadicRamblersAdventures
Great video loved walking to McCarthy with you.. used to watch a program that featured McCarthy and one of the men in town wanted to reopen a mine as a tourist spot. Many of the towns people were against it don't know what became of that issue🙂 Safe Travels Sharon ( Shays Ways) 🚐🚐🌎☕
There was a TV showed called edge of Alaska Neil was the one that brought power to Mccarthy, back in the show it was a close community always wanted to go there and meet the people. I thought about moving there, but not now too crowded. I liked it when it was remote.
@@bigbear1168: Right now the town of McCarthy is more lonley than never before. The actual population is just 2 people. I wacthed the t.v. program *"The Edge of Alaska"* and always wanted to move there. But, now i can see that there is no acces road. That's a major issue to me. Wait !! Actually there is an acces road ... but you have to paid $ 300 USA dollars in order to drive to McCarthy. That's too expensive !! 🤑 My final thought is: *no* !! 👎
That was a cool old town. Those are great to explore.
Neat little town.
Great video! Always something to repair. 😀

Really enjoyed the visit to McCarthy. Wasn't the mill open for tours? I'm envious!
The mill was open. We just ran out of time.

Can you ride bicycles into McCarthy across the pedestrian bridge?
Yes sir
What happened to your traveling companions? Do you need to send a search party back for them or are there darker secrets?😊
Her mother was sick so they had to go back

No, we all had plenty of food no bears. She had to go home because they put her mom in hospice.
