    Wow, best episode. Should be an independent government inquiry from the sounds of it. I know first hand about the stresses over ownership from my parents who had their own business. It takes more than just showing up for work on time to make a business work.

    ESOP is great in theory, but in practice, the majority of employees own such a small share that it’s meaningless. It’s not like the members of the board have to campaign for their seat.

    Yes! Owners are able to save and invest, while employees, generally, are not. Thus the employees are the ones taking the financial risk. It's common sense😂
