    Ma'am in 1st qus the answer is 0.426 (as 0.763 become positive ). Do we need to add those digits (.337 and .763)?

      -0.337+0.763 .. so you have to subtract the two and give bigger number sign

      Respected Ma'am, the answer is option A not B and your explanation is slightly wrong bcz the actual formula of [[ E⁰cell = E⁰(red) cathode - E⁰(red) anode where, red = reduction state]] but in our question, the values are given, E⁰(Cu/Cu²+)= -0.337 which is in oxidative state. But we have converted into in reducing state i.e E⁰(Cu²+/Cu) that's why it's minus (-) sign convert in plus (+)
      In other hand E⁰(Zn²+/Zn) = -0.763 it is already in reducing state.for this, its sign not change. It's sign change only because of the minus sign of formula[ as (-) × (-) = (+) ], not for being in the reducing state.☺️☺️☺️
      So the final answer is, 0.337 - (-0.763) = 0.337 + 0.763 = 1.100v
