Hey Zach, Have you considered making a short post FP2 video on Friday night? I wait with my transfer till after FP3. However I am sometimes quite busy on Saturday‘s and would love to get some content on Friday already, to have more of a plan, should I miss the deadline stream. Also obviously all the F1 fantasy creators do a deadline stream and nobody is doing a Friday night summary normally.

Current team FER/MERC - Ver, Ham, Hulk, Bot, Sar Option 1: roll 1 transfer and take Alb for Bot Option 2: Alb + Tsu for Hulk + Bot Option 3: Lec + Zho for Ham + Hulk It might be good to have a 3rd transfer in Austria but budget building is also important as I d love to get to a FER/MERC plus Ver/Nor build by Austria. Get me your thoughts please 😊
Right so the question I have for you is are you going to use any chips such as extra DRS or limitless as if you are using those then don’t worry bout getting the 3 transfers use all of them this week as for Austria you want to either have a Verstappen plus a 2nd premium driver build or with limitless you get reverted back to 2 transfers the next week after anyways!

Do you think I have to invest into a budget building team with both my teams or at least the second one? 2. What do your think is the best lineup for Austria, with a 117m LEC-PIA-MCL-FER team? Should I save one free transfer for Austria (I am on three transfers this week already), so I can potentially bring in Max or Norris somehow in Austria?
I would say 100% budget build no matter what with 114.5 million team however with the 117 team if Mercedes don’t look good don’t worry bout the budget for this week and go the normal McLaren Ferrari route! So for me if you aren’t using any free chips like wildcard or limitless then keep a transfer ready to go as yeah having Verstappen and a 2nd premium driver in Austria will be so important!

Actually I am planning to use limitless in Austria with my 114,5 team - I just realized that it is therefore much smarter to choose a budget gain setup for Spain (even if that loses me some points there), so I can get the limitless points together with a nice budget gain in Austria. As long as MER look half decent I will go down that route.
If you have the funds I would go drop ocon to Sargent, Red bull to Mercedes and ricciardo up to Piastri. If you can afford to do this then I would drop Red bull to Mercedes and increase ocon to Stroll so that you can have some really good budget plus 3 transfers for Austria to then bring in a 2 premium driver build which is vital in sprint races!
If I plan to use limitless chip, I know the post-game budget change will be based on my previous team. What if I use my free change of this week first, then the limitless chip? Which team do I get the budget change?
After using limitless your team will always be set back to your previous weeks team. If you make any transfers before activating limitless, those transfers will be lost.
With MCL FER LEC STR MAG TSU HUL and 3 free transfers, I will probably go STR -> SAR so I can upgrade LEC -> VER and roll the third. Pray for me with Logi Bear 🙏🙏🙏 I'll wait for practice of course, SAR should be ok if it is dry.
SAR should be ok… Famous last words I’ve said the last three weeks😂😂😂 but yeah that sounds like a good idea how are you doing on budget right now however as going verstappen could hurt you later down the line
@@zachf1417 114.2M on budget 😬 ... Damn DNFs 😅 I think VER (P1) or NOR (P2+DOTD) will score significantly more points than the B-tier drivers so it is worth sacrificing around 0.3M in Spain. Also, going VER will set me up well for Austria, and then I'll dump him for Silverstone and hop on something like a MCL FER LEC PIA team.
You should definitely save it for Austria and use it there as you should get more points on a sprint weekend. I myself will do so with my second team (that might even overtake my first team, if the limitless works well in Austria).
i have to disagree with Tsuonda. He has the worst position gained per race then any other driver. if you take out the sprint races, DNFs/DSQs the haas and alpine drivers score more per race on average. If youre gonna talk down Hulk I think the same applies for Tsuonda until we something different.
For me he’s just one of those drivers who is just so consistent which is really nice to have in f1 fantasy where every week cheap drivers change around! bar Canada😂. getting above 5 points due to the race results and quali results which is hard to say the same for Hulk as he tend to drop a bit more in the races back to 11/13th if he qualifies 8/10th. But mainly he’s talked a bit more down as teams normally have either Kmag + Hulk or Kmag + Tsunoda and I think Tsunoda just that little bit better overall!
