Are the temperatures the same when you use a conventional or fan-assisted oven? Unfortunately I only have an ordinary oven 😉
Generally for a fan assisted oven you'd notch the temp down a bit. But the temperature they suggest seems like a good temp for a standard oven. I haven't baked brie in a long time but last time I did it was about that temp in a conventional oven.

I was curious what that was. I've never seen someone bake with a wood ring like that. You could probably just use a cake pan, though it would transfer more heat that a wooden ring. In another video I saw him form one out of foil.

Hey, we usually purchase ours from the bakery counter in Sainsburys or a catering supplier however we have heard other people have purchased from Morrisons before. Hope this helps!

Seriously. Even before the COVID-19 pandemic I was very conscious of this kind of thing. If you notice, everyone else backs away before taking a bite but he's just basically using the dish as his personal plate. Maybe that was his plan all along... just lick it so no one else wants some haha.
