Sir I have big addiction of pornographic contents and I have tried everything possible to loose it , but i failled till now.
The major reason is mobile because I use my mobile for Preparing for CGL through online class and after 2-3 days my mind gets changed and the next 5 days in week last with watching porn 😢😢
I watched nearly all UA-cam videos for llosing addiction but always faillled .
