b) everyone is reading the subtitles and doll is actually bi-lingual who just prefers to talk in Russian.

Why didn’t they use the Russian version of murder drones, doll speaks English there.
Fun fact: Her Russian actress is actually American, and her English actress here is native Russian.
Also, according to Russian commenters, her Russian is kinda broken.
i heard some people say the same thing for the russian VA when she voiced in ENA. its interesting
it's still better than Hollywood Russian so i don't care for either. Sure it can be more natural but at least she is producing the words correctly.

Well, all they are drones, they definitely have a built-in language auto-translation program. In fact, for their language is just one of the ways of self-expression individuality.

The "just in time for dinner" feels more impactful when you actually hear it in a language you understand instead of just reading it because you can't understand Russian.

I learned english almost on my own (it's not my native language), and I also want to learn japanese, but the different alphabet makes this significantly harder, and Duolingo isn't very efficient for learning it.
So if someone told me they learned Russian and can speak it, I would be pretty impressed. Because you know, Russian also has a different alphabet, and me trying to learn japanese showed me how much having a different alphabet makes it harder to learn the language.
But with a real teacher who knows what they're doing, it's definitly possible. The thing is it's not easy to find one ^^'

There are multiple different dubs for each episode.
All are High quality dubs, you can switch it in the settings of the video.

As i remember russian dub of Murder Drones is made by Неадекват Records, which were making dubs of "If Undertale Was Realistic" very long ago. It's very impressive for people dubbing fan animations to work on the official dubs of big animated projects like Murder Drones.

Yeah I want to hear Doll talk in English about people using mirrors as stairs for ventilation shafts in Russia commonly.
As Russian I can say that original Doll's words sounds really good, yeah, it sounds quite strange with eng accent but they did really good work with it.
Also about that video: i felling strange to hear that translation, but good work too btw

@J4ZZZZZPER Doll's English voicelines were taken from official Russian localization which, you can choose in this episode on Glitch. Russian localizers decided to keep this feature of Doll speaking another language, as a result, all the characters speak Russian, and Doll speaks English in Russian localization.
I think her English (and Russian, according to the comments) being kinda off fits with her charm a bit. I think it emphizes just how off she's supposed to be.

And the person you replied to said that he switched from the Russian dub to the English dub just to listen to Doll's funny Russian voicelines, because in the Russian dub Doll speaks English (and it is these Doll's English voicelines from the official Russian dub you can hear in this short video)
If you used Russian dubbing on the actual show, Doll will speak English and everyone else will speak Russian.
