John, is there a certain number of homes that need to be sold in Babcock National to make the golf course fully private? Are there any talks in the course private?
Babcock national is fully sold at this point...maybe 4-5 new houses left and 4-5 new condos and then it is sold. There are talks about it going private. I think during season it will definitely go private, and then off season be open to the public.
I want to move from NY over the summer of 2025. When should my wife and I plan our visit? I've seen a bunch of 3BR/3BA single story floor plans that look perfect but we'll need to co-ordinate with the sale of our house here.
Every single family home has a 220v which can be used for EV charging … I’m sure they’d be open to an EV dealership here….my team can help negotiate a commercial lease
