I'm trying to use this setup to refill an overhead tank from an on ground tank.
I have 2 questions.
1) Will this switch the pump on by default in case the power comes back after a power failure?
2) usually after the pump stops, there's some amount of water that comes back through the pipe as siphon, will that lead to the system being turned on again?
1) After the power failure, provided the water level has activated the high level switch, the pump will switch on.
2) Make sure the quantity of water coming back down the pipe is not sufficient to activate the high water level switch. A wider container will mean a lower water level rise for a given quantity of water.
Can i use for output is pump AC 220 volt ???

Hi great tutorial. Just want to ask how did you reverse the action by default it supposed to collect water when the low lever sensor detects no water. Im trying to replicate you showed on the video but no success already interchange the sensors but no success either
He has reversed the float sensor connection as well as the float switch itself
He has just physically reversed the float switch itself. Nothing to do with the wiring. I just tried it as well, got it working.
