Hi Rabbit, I’d like to thank you for all the videos you offer us because they’re the ones that really made me step into DIYs. I know there are plenty of other awesome thrifters-DIYers out there, but it’s the joyful, playful and alt way you present them that made it seem accessible to me. Since last year, I’ve finally found out what to do with all my street-collected small objects, offered homemade earings and totebags from them, and I’ve made (too much lol) jewerly from my guitar picks (the easiest DIY to start with). I also have turned a lot of my old t-shirt patterns into patches so I can still enjoy them, whereas they used to lie in my closet for so long due to bad old fabric situation, but I couldn’t throw them away 😅 I can’t stop it now, so thank you again. I hope my English is correct, greetings from France !! 😊💜
1:00 I’m already enamored by this book and already hoping I can thrift my own copy :v It reminds me of a craft book I thrifted in university called Simple Times by Amy Sedaris, that’s full of quirky grandma crafts.
Ok, I definitely have to try this out! Agreed on loving found object art. You get to feel like a crafty lil crow! Seems like a perfect way to welcome spooky season 🎃 🧡
I don’t know if anyone is a big Vampire Chronicles fan like I am, but I feel like this is something Lestat would love. …I need to make one with him! Thank you for this idea! 🖤
i've been waiting for this one!!!! shrines are my favorite things ever and occasionally i scroll through the rookie mag article on them. i have little sardine tins that i've been thinking about using as bases for shrines to my favorite musicians! thank u for the inspiration
These are all so cute and cool! I loved how you incorporated stickers and rings and erasers and the candles, it all looks so beautiful and I want to make one now!
I am absolutely doing one of these for Peter Steele 🤧🤧 thank you Rabbit for all your awesome content, I’ve been watching you for a while and everything you do is always so inspiring and as a goth with hair like yours who also likes to wear pastels your do-whatever-makes-you-happy, try anything vibe is so awesome c: currently following your rosary necklace tutorial to make my own rosary inspired necklace with my own handmade clay beads im gonna paint pink! Thanks for your awesome presence 🩷🩷
your Elvira shrine is sooo well made! You always have these fun and cute diy ideas and your videos on thrift shop really helped me enhance my wardrobe! I love your channel 🖤
These are all so cool! Adding to the (long, long) list of project plans also you mentioned watching musicals, i highly recommend the musicals Follies and Falsettos!
Holy smokes, I gotta try this, also thank you for mentioning this book. I'm going to see if I can find it. It reminds me of a book also from the 2000s it was a lot of DIY that was fun and lots of colors and found objects. It taught me to add staining to paper to make it look older using a strong brew of coffee and thick paper.
Been making a lot of shires recently, so this was nice to see! Lots of good ideas. My shrines are religious (gotta make a lot of your own stuff when you're pagan), but I don't think there's anything wrong with making them for characters and holidays. Have fun!
If you like horror musicals, check out The Phantom of the Paradise!! A talented musician and song writer is forced into signing a literal demonic contract with a record label. It was directed by Brian De Palma (Carrie 1976) and stars Paul Williams who wrote all the songs, which are all bangers.
@@nikkidee277 I have a whole video coming up about that exact subject ! But A few in the meantime : phantom of the paradise , stage fright , repo the genetic opera, tripod vs the dragon, little shop of horrors, Rocky horror :-) the list goes on!
I need to start making my own outfits, we don't have too many goth/alt stores here, and online prices are going up again, just like the fucking temperature ;-; I'm loving the video! 🖤🖤🦇🦇
Now i kinda wanna make a Morticia one but with Carolyn Jones😅 i just personally prefer the 60s show over the 90s movies and i refuse to watch Wednesday
I’m making this I don’t care if I have three missing assignments
The Goth community should have Patron Saints of Goth, like "Saint Elvira", "Saint Siouxsie Sioux", among others

I'd love to make a couple of these. One for my friend Ed using pictures I took when we met in person in June, and one for my vampire OC.
I love mini shrines. Beautiful job! I especially love how you completely filled them with shapes and different textures. ❤
