I love the old beam clash, but my controllers and body will thank them for the change xD but there’s something special about a clash and you slamming your hands onto the controller and spinning the joysticks with all your might.

Hey, I just noticed why Goku and Vegeta were able to transform straight to blue. If you look at the skill guage they both have, next to it, both of them have another arrow icon. At 5:45 , Goku and Vegeta had three of them available, and once Goku transformed at 6:42, all of them disappeared. Now, funny enough, this mechanic also reveals that both Goku and Vegeta have 1 more transformation beyond Blue since the icon appears again after a couple of seconds!

I like how Sparking ZERO didn’t take the easy way out and just take the aura assets from previous games or just simply recoloring the base form auras and made it blue and yellow like in the Dragon Ball Super anime and combined the flowing lines of the aura like in the Dragon Ball Super Broly Movie but also keeping the spikiness of the Dragon Ball Super anime but it looks like Super Saiyan Blue actually is mostly based off its Dragon Ball Super Broly Movie design from the flowing aura and colorful patterns

@@Evasiv Easy, because nobody's paying extra for new characters. They already know everyone will shell out for the classics. They just have to give you enough to make you want to pay for more.
Yeah, definitely seems like the roster will include Z and Super for the launch, with Z Films and GT being DLC. I imagine they'll add extra DLC's too for the Freeza Soldiers, early DB, and whatnot as well, but that remains to be seen.

I love how the new mechanics feel like the were inspired by a bunch of the past games. The sped up and gave microdashes from what looks like Xenoverse movement, the beam deflects from Raging Blast, and the vanish attack costing a bar from FighterZ, this game has it all, it’s amazing!!!

Super hype and impressed, apart from two or three small things that could be done better, game is looking incredible, plus it’s still in development and no date yet as expected. Characters they showed off today look epic, plus the music just great stuff. 🐉
I'm hyped for this game. I never really got into the previous ones too much. I played as a kid but I kinda avoided arena fighters for a long time, lol. I've kinda started to have a deeper appreciation for the Tenkaichi series once I saw just how much detail they pour into these games

With Fighterz, Kakarot, and now Sparking Zero looking absolutely incredible, they've truly mastered that Dragon Ball look for their 3D games. With those phenomenal graphical effects and small details this might be the best looking Dragon Ball game to date! I've never played a Budokai Tenkaichi game before but this one's got me hyped!

Everyone is here, the sort of thing we like to hear from a Budokai Tenkaichi game.
0:34 - Yeah, I'm really surprised about the graphical quality. I didn't think they would go this far with the details and visual effects given the sheer amount of characters expected of a Budokai Tenkaichi entry.
0:54 - Kakunsa is the sort of character that gets me hyped for the game. A unique pick and one that gives hope for other unique and obscure picks. Hoping for some more OG Dragon Ball love and at least a couple characters to represent each of the 10 Universes (well, 6. 10 and 1 are already well accounted for... though I'm hoping for Universe 6's Magetta).
2:25 - Perfect timing of your lines here. I just wanted it to keep going and to see more and more. So awesome! An to think, it's a trailer without any of the usual stars of Goku and the like.
3:22 - The stages appear to be absolutely gigantic and Nappa's attack has a ludicrous range to accommodate for it.
5:32 - It's a strange relief to see that the gameplay is definitely more in alignment with Budokai Tenkaichi than Raging Blast. It's a strange concern to have but the more I see, the more I feel this is true to the spirit of Budokai Tenkaichi.
6:30 - There was a tad less oomph to the Final Flash hitting Goku than I expected, but that's probably due to the lack of the screen exploding pure white, the wider camera angle, and the fact that Goku didn't suddenly have to re-lock on to Vegeta. It's less visually impressive but mechanically better.
8:04 - Not a control stick spin for the beam struggle; guessing they wanted to preserve those poor control sticks this time around. Timed button presses seem to be how you win these clashes now.
10:00 - Quite a bit of resource management going on with now three metres to keep track of, but that Super deflection technique and the trade-attack mechanic looks cool.
11:56 - Yeah, disappointed about the lack of a release date. Heck, I don't even need a specific date, I just want to know what year it comes out.

I'm sorry, but Goku's DBS Broly warm-up intro is my favorite part of this trailer.
Couple things I noticed from the goku vs vegeta fight
It looks like the Blue transformation cost 3 of those icons that are by the bar under the character that look almost like eyes. It costs a lot of ki too like 3 bars minimum. Same thing happened to vegeta too
The ultimates also cost 1 of those too. Before the beam clash goku and vegeta both had 1 each then during the clash they were both gone. So it looks like those will cost at minimum 1 of those so you can't spam them by just having a lot of ki
And you would have to try to actually fight in order to build up the blue meter

It appears that the little orb with the up arrow beside the blast bar indicates transformations. Both transform with it at 3, causing it to dissappear.
My theory is that it indicates what level of transformation you're capable of at your current blast stock (as that was also spent). After transforming, it never raises above 1 for the rest of the match. This could indicate that both Goku and Vegeta have one more higher transformation each. UI and Blue Evolved soft-confirmed?
I'd be surprised if UI Wasn't It's own character if it's even in the base roster. It's probably Blue Kaio to be honest. especially If Vegeta Gets Evolved instead of UE for scaling purposes.

@@voitz4334I'm aware, but there is the fact that not only are there different Goku's, they stated that some changes have been made. I believe within the scope of the DB series Blue Kaio (More Notable x20) has been considered a form by nearly everyone because of it's utilization while standalone Kaio has always been referred to as a technique.
